Hello!

I’m an accomplished creative professional with a proven track record in creative leadership, brand strategy, marketing and content development. My career has been marked by a commitment to achieving creative excellence across various roles and industries.

Being based in Berlin, I have confronted myself with a diverse background that spans the spectrum of creative environments, from dynamic startups to well-established international corporations.

My journey in the creative industry has encompassed invaluable experiences, where I’ve fine-tuned my ability to shape processes and lead teams to success, regardless of the starting point.

Working in a fast-paced environment, supported by teams of creatives with different specializations, I had the opportunity to develop and continuously improve the creative identity and design systems of global brands for a multitude of markets.

 

I had the opportunity to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies, oversee internal creatives from the studio production to the monitoring and tracking phase, I have integrated testing systems to validate the ROI of the department contribution.

Managed pitches and proposals to external partners, created a network of outsource solutions and agencies, review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams and ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.

 

I am experienced in presenting and illustrating campaign strategies and solutions to upper management as well as to investors and acquisitions, experienced in resource planning, definition and measurement of KPIs, as well as in implementing cross-departmental processes and tools for sourcing information and tracking the content production and improvements in all phases.
